The DT type fixed belt conveyor is a new product that unifies and updates the original TD75 and DX series belt conveyors. It can be widely used in various industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, power plants, building materials, chemical industry, light industry, and petroleum. A single machine multi unit synthetic transportation system is used to transport materials, which can transport various bulk materials and packaged items with a bulk density of 500-2500KG/M3. The working environment temperature is generally -25-+40 ℃. For belt conveyors working in special environments, they have advantages such as heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproof, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, and flame retardant.
The components of the DT type fixed belt conveyor can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined conveying, and also use a combination of convex arc, concave arc, and straight section for conveying. The allowed block size of the conveyed material depends on the bandwidth, belt speed, groove angle, and inclination angle, as well as the frequency of large block materials appearing. When transporting hard rocks, the bandwidth should generally be limited to 35MM after exceeding 1200M, and should not increase with the increase of width. If the conveying angle is too large, a large angle belt conveyor can be selected, which can achieve a maximum inclination angle of 90 ° for vertical conveying.

Basic structure of belt conveyor:
1. Drive part: It consists of an electric motor mounted on a base welded with steel, a high-speed coupling, a reducer, and a reducer coupling. According to the layout requirements, there are two types of drive devices: left mounted and right mounted. In addition, our company is equipped with electric rollers with power ranging from 1.5KW to 13KW and speeds of 0.80, 1.0, and 1.25.
2. Rolling part: divided into two categories: transmission drum and reversing drum.
3. Roller section: divided into groove shaped, parallel, self-aligning, and buffering rollers.
4. Cleaning section: divided into spring cleaner and empty section cleaner.
5. Unloading section: divided into fixed plow unloader and electric unloader.
6. Braking part: There are two types: belt backstop and roller backstop.
7. Attachments: in the cover shell, guide groove, funnel, etc.
When choosing a belt conveyor, users need to pay attention to the following points: 1. Is the conveyor placed horizontally or has a certain inclination angle; 2. Specific gravity of materials; 3. Particle size (diameter) of the material; 4. Water content and other related aspects.
